THE JOURNEY IS ALMOST OVER

My sweet husband took a turn for the worse a few days ago and the family is just waiting and watching. The journey is almost over. Please remember us in your prayers .... and I pray for those of you who are still in the journey. God bless you and keep you.

Yes, will keep you in our prayers. Yes, he is sweet. You inspire me, as I have told you before.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers as the journey continues. My mother passed 4 years ago today and my journey with Alzheimer's continues through my friends and their families. You have been a great inspiration to me. I hope I can be of help to others.

Sweet sorrow...
I've not walked this walk, but have felt relief (then guilt for that emotion) when a family member died after a painful fight.
You have been such a good wife and supporter. Please don't let your relief, if it surfaces, give you guilt.

Sis in Law is now having trouble finding words and completing sentences. Yesterday she fell and broke her wrist. She went out walking in the snow/ice. In addition to being more clumsy with this disease. AT least assume it is the disease.

My word verification is brick. That is a good one to describe how you have been in this process. Solid.
